Job Title: Business Development Manager (Based in Egypt)
We are a growing event management company based in the UAE, seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. This role will primarily focus on generating leads in the UAE while supporting operational tasks remotely from Egypt.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop business opportunities within the UAE, with a focus on both potential and existing clients in government and corporate sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to expand market share and increase revenue opportunities.
- Develop and present proposals, quotations, and tenders to secure sales opportunities, negotiating terms effectively to meet sales targets.
- Collaborate with the event management team to explore innovative ways to deliver high-quality event services.
- Participate in marketing activities and campaigns to enhance brand visibility and attract new clients.
- Attend relevant trade shows, public events, and networking opportunities in the UAE to create a pipeline of sales opportunities.
- Support operational work remotely, ensuring smooth coordination of event planning and execution.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, and client servicing within the event management industry.
- Previous experience in an event management company is highly desirable.
- Experience in the medical or pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, sales forecasts, and revenue projections.
- Ability to develop and deliver effective presentations and proposals to key decision-makers.
- Fluency in English is essential, with excellent communication skills at all levels.
