Job Description

HR management information System
Prepare Various HR-MIS -Reports & reporting on a regular basis to the Management.
HR related data extraction, data mining, preparing analysis to support management queries and correspondence as and when required to support daily HR business operations co-ordination & for Management Information.
Maintain HR calendar for various HR activities and payment due dates including HR Meeting minutes. Preparing various Management Information reports & PPT presentation.
Liaise with all departments and managers to oversee HR data management across AlMashariq including off site locations and ensure that appropriate HR information is available at all levels to support effective decision making by head of Human Resources, in particular to ensure the timely, accurate collection and recording of employee information.
Payroll
Maintains payroll information by coordinating with different departments; directing the collection of overtime sheets, calculation of overtime and ensuring that staff are paid on time and receive the correct payments, for this coordinate with the accounts department.
Determines GOSI liabilities by approving the calculation of employee share and the organization share.
Balances the payroll accounts by resolving payroll discrepancies.
Provides payroll information by answering questions and requests.
Maintains payroll guidelines by writing and updating policies and procedures.
Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential.
Ensure strict compliance with regulatory deadlines.
Monitor and record sickness and other absences of all employees. Issue monthly report of such absences to the head of human resources.
To continually monitor and update statistical data to ensure the trends are reported. Analyze data, interpreting the results, and providing a written summary of data analyses to the head of HR.
Coordinate with bank on opening new employee bank accounts and issue certificates of salary and employment details for any banking or related transactions.
