Job Description
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by maintaining professional partnership with export customers and understanding their needs and ensure satisfaction |
Continuous networking and prospecting to increase business volume by planning and implementing effective export sales strategies |
Handling administrative tasks and timely managing of multiple lines of communication with departments within the company |
Follow up on customer orders through order processes until post-delivery feedback which includes reviewing shipment documentation (invoices, packing lists, certification of origin and bill of lading, etc.) and ensure receipt of payments on their due dates. |
Plan efficient shipping schedules to achieve shorter lead times and timely deliveries to the customers with following the legal requirements of each country. |
Attend international trade shows and exhibitions as well as organizing and conducting business meetings with overseas clients on a regular basis. |
Take initiative to develop constructive and effective solutions and avoid recurrence of issues to optimize export services and improve the overall sales performance. |
Prepare price lists and proposal to prospects alongside to negotiating deal terms. |
Job Requirements
- BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
- Successful previous experience as sales export
- Dual nationality is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Fluency in German or French Language and Fluency in Both languages is a plus.
