Job Description

Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by maintaining professional partnership with export customers and understanding their needs and ensure satisfaction
Continuous networking and prospecting to increase business volume by planning and implementing effective export sales strategies
Handling administrative tasks and timely managing of multiple lines of communication with departments within the company
Follow up on customer orders through order processes until post-delivery feedback which includes reviewing shipment documentation (invoices, packing lists, certification of origin and bill of lading, etc.) and ensure receipt of payments on their due dates.
Plan efficient shipping schedules to achieve shorter lead times and timely deliveries to the customers with following the legal requirements of each country.
Attend international trade shows and exhibitions as well as organizing and conducting business meetings with overseas clients on a regular basis.
Take initiative to develop constructive and effective solutions and avoid recurrence of issues to optimize export services and improve the overall sales performance.
Prepare price lists and proposal to prospects alongside to negotiating deal terms.

Job Requirements

  • BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
  • Successful previous experience as sales export
  • Dual nationality is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
  • Fluency in German or French Language and Fluency in Both languages is a plus.
