Job Description

  • Participate in implementing technical office policies and procedures.
  • Study the project contract documents and drawings.
  • Prepare shop and coordination drawings (or composite drawings) based on project’s design drawings in accurate with quality standards.
  • Coordinate with other trades to solve any conflict between ( Civil, Mechanical, and Architecture, …)
  • Study and prepare requests for information (RFI’s) for all missing, unclear, conflicting, or other technical matters that may arise during construction.
  • Review subcontractor's shop drawings as well as outsourced shop drawings and coordinate their approval process with the project consultant.
  • Participate in solving/reporting any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise during construction to department Managers for discussion and proper solutions.
  • Coordinate with the surveying engineer to provide him with all the information and requirements for the site.
  • Prepare material submittal in conjunction with material to be approved by the consultant.
  • Make as-built drawings at the end of the projects and hand over to the project consultant.

Job Requirements

  • BSc in Electrical Engineering
  • From 3 to 5 years experience in residential and commercial projects.
  • Very Good at  AutoCAD, Primavera, and MS Office. 
  • Familiar with Egyptian codes.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical, critical, and logical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when required.
