Job Description
- Develop & execute innovative strategies for customer acquisition & retention.
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
- Day-to-day requirements of communications planning working closely with CEO and CCO.
- Develop a digital content plan that will increase web traffic, convert sales, increase brand loyalty, and customer engagement.
- Manage our digital marketing channels and execute social media and online campaigns.
- Apply a data-driven approach to marketing initiatives, setting goals, and generating monthly KPI reports.
- Develop and monitor campaign budgets.
- Prepare accurate reports on the marketing campaign’s overall performance.
- Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, allocated service quotas, and targeted audience.
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
- Create and develop a powerful team.
- Set KPIs & OKRs.
Job Requirements
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience in a digital marketing or advertising position.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
- Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
- Leadership experience.
- Digital mindset/fluency and an insatiable curiosity for Innovation
- Sign of “excellence”, in whatever field you set your mind to, be it academics or professional.
- Fluent in English.
- Previous experience in GULF area.
- Aware of different Omni channels such as tiktok, snapchat, instagram, etc.
