Job Description
maintaining and updating the construction schedules in various projects
- creating schedule baseline including all projects phases(procurement , design , construction , permits )
- following up and monitoring on all the projects phases
- close follow up on construction progress
- creating recovery and revised plans up on request from the project managers
- preparing weekly and monthly reports
- preparing lookahead reports for various projects
- attending and leading daily operational meeting to coordinate between all departments
- monitoring actual cost vs. earned value & planned value
- reporting on cost with variance from target with corrective actions
- updating EAC on weekly basis
- preparing cash flow plan for all projects trades
Job Requirements
- A Reputable Engineering company located in Egypt - Maadi is hiring
- ( Planning & cost control Engineer )
- 3-6 years of relevant experience
- civil engineer is must
- Candidates must have worked in a similar environment (construction )
- Qualified professional working under limited supervision capable of performing general technical works and manages projects or tasks of moderate complexity or less experience staff.
