Job Description

  •  Managing the CEO's and board members calendar, including arranging meetings, appointments, and other relevant events
  • Attending and organizing meetings - take minutes, and pursues action points that arise 
  • Organize the office layout and order stationery and equipment
  • Receive and screen phone calls and direct them when appropriate
  • Make travel arrangements for the chairman and board members
  • Make travel arrangements for the chairman and board members
  • Booking tickets, connecting with different embassies in necessary documents needs 
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism
  • Coordinating with other departments for activities and operations reports

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in business administration or relevant field preferably 
    University graduates (AUC, BUE, GUC)
  • Not less than 5 years of experience as a personal assistant or executive secretary
  • Fluent in English is a MUST
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Presentable
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal Skills
  • V. good Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Excellent knowledge of office equipment's
