Job Description
- Managing the CEO's and board members calendar, including arranging meetings, appointments, and other relevant events
- Attending and organizing meetings - take minutes, and pursues action points that arise
- Organize the office layout and order stationery and equipment
- Receive and screen phone calls and direct them when appropriate
- Make travel arrangements for the chairman and board members

- Booking tickets, connecting with different embassies in necessary documents needs
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism
- Coordinating with other departments for activities and operations reports
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in business administration or relevant field preferably
University graduates (AUC, BUE, GUC) - Not less than 5 years of experience as a personal assistant or executive secretary
- Fluent in English is a MUST
- Excellent computer skills.
