Job Description
- Data Entry & Management:
- Input, update, and maintain tender-related data and documents.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all data entered.
- Verify and cross-check information before submission.
- Tender & Proposal Handling:
- Assist in preparing and formatting tender documents.
- Organize and update tender tables, BOQs, and pricing sheets.
- Support in reviewing technical and financial proposals for completeness.
- Coordination & Follow-up:
- Work closely with procurement, finance, and technical teams to gather required documents.
- Track tender deadlines and ensure all documents are submitted on time.
- Communicate with suppliers and vendors to collect quotations.
- Technical Support (Basic Level):
- Assist in organizing and managing technical documents.
- Support in reviewing product specifications for compliance with tender requirements.
Job Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Fast and accurate typing skills with a focus on data integrity.
- Ability to read and understand tendering documents.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry.
- Time management skills to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and coordination skills to work with different teams (procurement, finance, and technical teams).
- Familiarity with ERP systems or tender management platforms is a plus.
