Job Description

  • Organize and schedule appointments, plan meetings and take detailed minutes.
  • Organize office operations and procedures.
  • Greet , welcome guests and direct them to the appropriate person and office.
  • Keep clients’ records and database.
  • Assist in the on boarding process for new hires.
  • Coordinate office management activities.
  • Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, incoming calls, faxing and maintain the filing system.

Job Requirements

  • Females only
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any relevant field.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office specially (Word & PowerPoint).
  • Very good in English (Written & Spoken) .
  • Excellent Communication skills.
  • Presentable.
  • Previous experience in a consulting firm is preferred.
  • Preferably Maadi ,Nasr City, New Cairo  residents.
