Job Description
- Organize and schedule appointments, plan meetings and take detailed minutes.
- Organize office operations and procedures.
- Greet , welcome guests and direct them to the appropriate person and office.
- Keep clients’ records and database.
- Assist in the on boarding process for new hires.
- Coordinate office management activities.
- Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, incoming calls, faxing and maintain the filing system.
Job Requirements
- Females only
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any relevant field.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office specially (Word & PowerPoint).
- Very good in English (Written & Spoken) .
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Presentable.
- Previous experience in a consulting firm is preferred.
- Preferably Maadi ,Nasr City, New Cairo residents.
