Job Description

  • Handle recruitment processes, including talent acquisition, interviewing, and onboarding, to attract and retain top-tier talents.
  • Collaborate with management to address staffing needs and workforce planning.
  • Maintain & and follow up orientation programs for newly hired employees.
  • Maintain a strong focus on employee performance management, employee engagement, and retention activities.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters, including performance management and employee relations.
  • Support HR management with day-to-day operations.
  • Support HR initiatives and projects to enhance employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Conduct job analysis to determine the job description and job specifications "KSA" required for a specific job.
  • Maintain & and follow up orientation programs for newly hired employees.
  • Review job offers, and ensure they are aligned with the company compensation system.
  • Assist in the communication, interpretation, and upkeep of employee handbook, employee directory, and organizational chart, and contribute in updating policies.
  • Responsible for forecasting training costs.
  • Responsible for designing the company's annual training plan and monthly training plans.
  • Responsible for evaluating employees’ skills, performance, productivity, and organizational performance to identify areas for improvement and ensure that training meets business needs.
  • Responsible for designing and preparing reports and presentations on training activities.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in Talent management and HR Operations, preferably within Construction companies.
  • Human Resources Management / Business Administration Bachelor's Degree
  • Fluent in the English Language “French is a plus”
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)
  • Effective Presentation & Communication Skills
