Job Description

  • Receive and process leads.
  • Follow up sales team inputs on CRM
  • Coordinate between departments to issue clients contract
  • Welcome clients and coordinate their meetings in the company
  • Contacting clients by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information.
  • Maintaining and updating sales and clients records.
  • Prepare and send MOM
  • Providing daily, weekly & monthly-required reports.
  • Directing feedback from clients to relevant departments.
  • Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.

Job Requirements

  •   +3 years’ experience in Brokerage companies is a must
  • Excellent knowledge in CRM &MS office
  • Presentable
  • Organized
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Females only
