As a Contact Centre Coach Italian support, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the excellence of customer service provided by our support floor agents. Leveraging your expertise in the Italian language and customer service skills, you will mentor and develop a team of agents to achieve and exceed performance targets while maintaining high-quality interactions with Italian-speaking customers. This role requires a deep understanding of customer service principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide constructive feedback and coaching to enhance agents' performance.
