Job Description
- Accomplishment of interior design projects from basic Stage to Completion
- Development of individual and high-quality design concepts for interior construction
- Cross-departmental collaboration with colleagues
- Helping to shape and expand the success of Requirements
- Prepare and review Quotations/BOQ/Sales orders.
- Prepare presentations and renders as when required
- Prepare and attend meeting with Clients to understand their requirements.
- Responsible to clarify and support other departments in terms of technical details like materials specifications, finishes, material feasibility, and applicability, alternates whenever required.
- In-case of value engineering, provide equivalent or alternative proposal.
- Preparation of project specification sheets, data cut sheets for all FF&E items that include image, size, and thickness, etc using professional software.
- Close the project by submitting either presentations or documents to the client and take their approval.
- Assist finance in payment clearances based on project milestones.
- Attend Internal weekly meetings with the team to keep them posted on progress
Job Requirements
- Excellent command of English language
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture Engineering
- Expert in AutoCAD - Photoshop - Microsoft Office
- 3d Max
- Excellent User in AutoCAD (2D, 3D) and Photoshop.
- 2-4 years experience interior designer, full time, preferably an architect, excellent design skills with full command of visualization programs(3dmax, corona,vray, photoshop, AutoCAD)
- Expert in AutoCAD, 3dmax, corona/ vray & photoshop
- BS degree in architecture / Interior Design or similar excellent portfolio creative talent, imagination and eye for design
- Must have a previous Design portfolio including 3D rendering.
- 3D Design/Modeling, rendering, and texturing using 3d MAX, Vray.
