Job Description
- We are a real estate developer looking for a Social Media / Digital Marketing Executive , a highly motivated, creative individual with experience and a passion for extending our reach.
- Manage social media and digital marketing marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities including:
- Manage the content of the company's website and all company social media accounts Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, etc..
- Manage various social media accounts, Plan and monitor the ongoing paid marketing campaigns on social media platforms.
- Maintain company social media pages and profiles.
- Maintain a monthly social media calendar.
- Responsible For social media analysis "Swot Analysis".
- Participate in building and executing digital marketing strategy through competitive research, platform determination, bench marking, messaging and audience identification.
- Create Report for social media presence performance using multiple specialized tools.
- Oversee social media accounts’ design.
- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
Job Requirements
- 3:5 years of intensive experience in social media and digital marketing for real estate companies
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
- Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist
- Fluency in English
