Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Export Sales professional to join our team. As a Senior Export Sales, you will play a key role in driving the success of our company's global export sales operations. With a strong focus on expanding our international market presence, you will be responsible for building and managing key client relationships, developing sales strategies, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is customer-oriented, strategic, and passionate about international business:

· Conduct market research to identify target markets, customer segments, and emerging trends.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and partners.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless execution of export sales processes.

· Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.

· Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions for mutually beneficial agreements.

· Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback for opportunities.

· Attend trade shows( local and international events ) and industry events to promote products and generate leads.

· Handling customer inquiries and complaints

· Develop and maintain export databases, records and reports

· Maintain accurate sales records using CRM systems or relevant tools.

· Provide regular sales reports, performance analysis, and updates to management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 - 5  years of experience in export sales, preferably in a senior or management role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding international market presence.
  • In-depth knowledge of export regulations, international trade policies, and logistics.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
