Job Description
We are looking for an exceptional fleet supervisor who has a track record of success and a strong desire to enhance his skills in logistics.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure projects logistics are optimized and are in line with the project's requirements.
- Managing the movement of people, goods, and equipment on the construction site and managing sites facilities will be required.
- Outline logistics routes for both internal and external operations during each project phase, with a key priority being the segregation of vehicles, machinery, and personnel.
- In charge of overseeing the management of all traffic and transportation, both internally and externally.
- Undertake the management of the site caravan installation and these facilities.
- Take charge of the rental traffic, and invoices of the rental suppliers
- Oversee the fleet's maintenance and dispatch trips through the qualified captains in charge
Job Requirements
It is imperative to have extensive experience in the following areas:
- Similar experience with a track record of 3 to 5 years
- Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and BI
- Cloud solutions (e.g. OneDrive - Google Drive)
- Maps and routing (planning)
- GPS tracking (LiveOps)
- Fleet maintenance and spare parts
- Record of experience with the suppliers (People - Materials)
