Job Description
- Coordination, supervision, and reception of trainees at the airport until they arrive at the company headquarters and follow up on their accommodation.
- Executive coordination and supervision of trips for the trainees.
- Responsible for securing healthcare for the trainees and accompanying them to hospitals.
- Responsible for insurance and supervision of everything related to the trainees inside or outside the company.
- Coordination and execution of visa application procedures with the relevant authorities for trainees and company employees as needed.
- Responsible for the movement of the company drivers and issuing instructions regarding the assigned work tasks.
- Responsible for graduation ceremonies for the company's trainees and coordinating all procedures with the relevant departments.
- Responsible for organizing, preparing, and coordinating events and special parties for the company and its invitations.
- Preparing and drafting speeches for the graduation ceremonies of the trainees or any company-related events.
- Resolving any issues for the trainee during their training courses.
- Providing external transportation for the academy as needed.
- Booking flight tickets and coordinating with the relevant employees or trainees.
- Delivering Egyptian mobile phone lines and flash drives to the trainees.
- Arranging tickets with schedules to organize receptions and farewells and notifying the administration.
- Providing external accommodation for trainees in case they do not have housing.
- Contacting and responding to inquiries from trainees.
- Supporting and assisting in implementing promotional plans.
- Proposing appropriate solutions during public relations crises.
- Working to improve the company's image among the trainees.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations / Media.
- Practical experience in the role of Public Relations Officer.
- Full proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- Full proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and photo and video editing software.
- Proficiency in communication skills with different personalities.
- Good understanding of job responsibilities and the ability to organize events and occasions.
- Possessing leadership skills, competence, flexibility, and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to build positive relationships.
- Proficiency in time management and task organization.
- Flexibility and ability to handle work pressure.
- Ability to work in a team and possess analytical and problem-solving skills.
