Job Description

  1. Identifying Potential Clients: Continuously seeking new clients through available means such as phone calls, direct meetings, and digital advertising.
  2. Conducting Client Meetings: Preparing and holding meetings with potential clients to showcase the investment opportunities and agricultural services we provide.
  3. Explaining Service Details: Offering a comprehensive explanation of agricultural land purchase plans and the farming, care, harvesting, and selling services.
  4. Managing Relationships with Existing and New Clients: Maintaining positive relationships with clients and providing necessary support during and after the purchasing process.
  5. Achieving Sales Targets: Working diligently to meet the monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
  6. Monitoring the Market and Agricultural Trends: Keeping up with the latest developments in the agricultural market and new investment opportunities, and offering recommendations on how to improve sales strategies.
  7. Negotiating and Closing Deals: Negotiating with clients on financial and commercial details to ensure the completion of profitable and effective deals.
  8. Preparing Reports: Preparing regular sales reports, reviewing achievements and challenges, and making suggestions to improve outcomes.
