Nozha language schools (Ismailia Road branch) is hiring now (Senior HR Generalist).
Job description
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
- Developing and managing human resources policies and procedures, as well as ensuring that they are consistent with the law.
- Work with the leadership team to effectively plan and implement the recruitment process, as well as enhance the implementation of the recruitment process; Maintaining work contracts and executive management contracts.
- Supporting the executive team in resolving organizational issues and improving communication between departments.
- Leads employee payroll and benefits administration, and make recommendations to the group leadership team in this regard.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or business-related field.
- Certified HR Professional is preferred.
- Proven experience in HR 7+ years.
- Profound knowledge of Egyptian labor law.
- Ability to effectively coach employees.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
