Database Manager (Multinational)

Responsibilities:

• Implementing Data Analytics, Data warehouse, and Data Science technologies experience to guide the team to use most advanced, enterprise, and open source technologies with cooperation with Sales team and product managing team to get most use of data to delivery analyzed, organized, and meaningful information to the CEO and operation director.
• Inspire both teams with the new and needed knowledge for their challenging assignments witch will be over their daily tasks to get a new insights for the business sector and data performance.
• Guide the analysis and data visualization team for the perfect dashboard that could be deliver to the CEO and operation director showing the numbers positive or negative that could affect the system and the growth of the business in different sectors 
• Responsible for the performance and scalability of the database architecture, develops database structures and features
• Supervises and mentor the DBA team, including hiring, training, reviewing work performance and providing timely feedback to grow team members, Provides technical leadership on database systems and solutions
• Protects data by developing data security, controls, and retention policies
• Recommend, test, and evaluate new technologies and database practices and continually recommend and implement improvements to database solutions
• Define, document, implement, and maintain best practices per industry standards
• Ensure all database servers are backed up and restored to ensure they meet business requirements
• Utilize Databases performance tools to diagnose, triage, and provide resolution for performance issues and problems
• Enhance Reports performance and tune slow queries for best performance, build Dashboard for business growth and targeted numbers
