Job Description
Develop, maintain, and manage advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards and other BI solutions.
- Develop Dashboards with interactive views, trends and drill downs along with user level security.
- Identify patterns and meaningful insights from data by analyzing it.
- Design, develop, and implement MIS solutions to support organizational objectives.
- Customize and configure MIS software and applications according to specific business needs.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security within the MIS.
- Manage databases and data repositories to ensure efficient storage, retrieval, and processing of information.
- Develop and implement data quality assurance measures to maintain data accuracy and consistency.
- Perform data analysis and generate reports to support decision-making processes.
- Develop data governance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor the performance and functionality of MIS systems and applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to MIS software..
- Provide technical support and training to end-users on MIS functionalities and usage.
- Coordinate with vendors and IT teams for system upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities.
- Create and maintain documentation, user guides, and manuals for MIS systems and processes.
- Conduct training sessions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the MIS environment.
- Recommend and implement enhancements to streamline workflows .
Job Requirements
- 5 years of experience as a QualityAssurance or any related role.
- Attention to detail,accurate and concise.
- Able to keep neat and organized recordand files.
- MS Office operating and typing skills
- Analytical skills
- 2 years’ Experienceof working as a MIS Specialist
- Good communication skills
- Professional in Microsoft programs
- Knowledge of Client and Customer Requirements
- Demonstrated abilityto work with advanced excel functions like pivot, VB Scripting, dashboards, formulae and functions.
- Demonstrated ability to create presentations for on MS PowerPoint
- Knowledge of Data Base Management Applications and creating and updating database.
Speaks English and Arabic & Proficient in Written English
