Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
Support company employees across all systems with technical issues.
Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems in different sites.
Support the implementation of new solutions or applications.
Administrate all Microsoft servers (AD, DC, Hyper V, DHCP, DNS, File servers, IIS).
Administrate web servers (Apache & IIS) and cloud hosting servers.
Mange NAS storage and Veeam software backup.
Manage and configure cisco switches and routers. And FortiGate firewall.
Troubleshooting and manage Nano station and power beam devices.
Perform system upgrades, patches, and backups to ensure system integrity and availability
Implement appropriate monitoring, alerting and measurements to ensure the health of our environment.
Administrate surveillance, Attendance, and Access control systems.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering or a related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in the same field
Working knowledge and expertise with a variety of software, hardware, and applications.
MS Services -Networks – MCSE and CCNA certificate is preferred.
Good knowledge of Office 365 and Microsoft Azure.
Very good command of written and spoken English
