Job Description

  • Operational Duties: 
  • Technical Expertise and Design:
    • Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Collaborate with engineers to develop project designs and specifications.
  • Project Closure and Documentation:
    • Prepare project documentation, including 
    •  Prepare and maintain project documentation, including technical drawings, reports, specifications, as-built drawings, operation manuals, and warranties.
  • Analysis and Reports: 
    • Prepare regular progress reports and presentations for project stakeholders.
    • Communicate project status, challenges, and achievements effectively.
  • Setting Up and Processing, and Maintaining the Engineering Requests Ticketing System:
    • Define email formats for submitting requests, including essential details like project name, urgency, and a clear description of the issue.
    • Uses automated email parsing tools, the engineer can help set up filters and categorize incoming requests based on keywords or pre-defined criteria.
  • Financial Duties: 
  • Purchasing Orders: 
    • Collaborate with procurement teams to source and acquire materials, equipment, and services required for the project.
    • Evaluate supplier proposals and negotiate contracts.
  • Customer Satisfaction Duties:    
  • Gather and Analyze Customer Feedback:
    • Participate in customer feedback collection initiatives.
    • Conduct user research and analyze usage data to gain a deeper understanding of customer needs, expectations, and preferences.

Job Requirements

  • Education: 
    • Bachelor’ s degree in Architecture Engineering, or any related field. 
      • Years of Experience: 
    • Minimum of 2-4 in a similar role.
      • Certificates: 
    • Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus.
