Job Description
- Immediate response to security systems alarms, and report justification to Management
- Provide overall operations and monitoring of access control, intrusions and other security systems.
- Prepare and submit daily operational report to Group Protection Managers
- Daily Monitoring and operating the different Security Systems in BUs branches (CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion, Fire Alarm, Electronic Gates, Bag Scanner and Vehicle Tracking) on a random basis to ensure that they are working well.
- Follow-up inspection process of individuals and vehicles in BU’s branches to ensure that they are aligned with Inspection Standard.
- Preparing reports of violations and incidents for escalation to management.
- Cooperate with other departments in what is related to Protection scope.
- Follow up on security personnel through CCTV to ensure that they perform their performance and are in the posts designated for them.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and security industry regulations
Job Requirements
- A higher degree in any discipline
- Previous experience as an IT Help Desk Rep. or similar
- Excellent English Language proficiency
- Basic understanding of CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion and Networks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong personality; maintaining order and dealing with confrontation
