Job Description
- Prepare and review shop drawings, as-built drawings, and coordination drawings.
- Review project specifications, contracts, and tender documents.
- Issue material take-offs (MTOs) and prepare quantity surveying reports.
- Coordinate between design, procurement, and construction teams.
- Solve technical issues at the site and provide engineering support.
- Ensure compliance with project requirements, codes, and standards.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Participate in site inspections, technical meetings, and client discussions.
- Follow up on approvals from consultants and relevant authorities.
- Support the site team by providing updated drawings, clarifications, and necessary modifications.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical office work and site execution.
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D (optional), and MS Office.
- Familiar with project management tools (Primavera, MS Project is a plus).
- Knowledge of relevant codes and standards (ACI, ASTM, etc.).
- Good understanding of construction methods and project coordination.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Preferably residing in the delta region
