Oracle People Soft Functional Consultant

We seek an experienced Oracle PeopleSoft Campus Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of PeopleSoft Campus Solutions and a proven track record of implementing, configuring, and maintaining PeopleSoft applications in a higher education environment. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements, providing expert advice on PeopleSoft functionality, and ensuring PeopleSoft Campus Solutions successful deployment and optimization.Responsibilities: Analyze and understand the business processes of the educational institution and map them to PeopleSoft Campus Solutions. Configure and customize PeopleSoft Campus Solutions to meet the BMCs requirements. Lead the implementation of PeopleSoft modules such as Student Records, Campus Community, Admissions, and Academic Advising. Provide training and support to users on the effective use of PeopleSoft Campus Solutions. Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems and technologies. Conduct functional testing to ensure the system meets the specified requirements. Prepare and maintain documentation related to PeopleSoft configurations, processes, and procedures. Stay updated with the latest PeopleSoft Campus Solutions features and updates and recommend improvements to the existing system. RequirementsQualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Oracle PeopleSoft Campus Solutions as a functional consultant. Deep understanding of higher education processes and requirements. Strong experience in configuring and customizing PeopleSoft modules such as Student Records, Campus Community, Admissions, and Academic Advising. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Experience in conducting training sessions and workshops for users. Knowledge of PeopleSoft development tools and technologies is a plus. Any relevant certifications in Oracle PeopleSoft will be an added advantage.
