Job Description
- Lead and manage BIM team operations as the head of BIM Coordinators.
- Ensure adherence to BIM standards, quality control, and project requirements.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and training for the BIM team.
- Collaborate with project managers to integrate BIM into project workflows.
- Conduct regular reviews to identify and resolve coordination issues in BIM models.
- Act as the primary point of contact for BIM-related communication within the organization.
- Allocate resources effectively and optimize BIM software utilization.
- Develop and maintain BIM standards and best practices.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Extensive BIM coordination and management experience.
- Proficient in BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD).
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of construction processes and MEP systems.
- Certifications in BIM management or related field are a plus.
