Job Description

  • Preparing the cost of recipes and menus prepared by the executive chef and proposing the selling price
  • Checking all of the material that we purchased to ensure compliance with the conditions.
  • Perform a test on the receipt of goods to ensure that the procedures are followed correctly
  • Preparing a monthly report on food costs.
  • Calculating the costs of food and beverage items and also responsible for the short and long-term planning of control and pricing aspects.
  • Additionally, he is responsible for recording information and preparing monitoring reports periodically to help maintain an appropriate stock of food and beverages.
  • Changing the price of list items based on the cost's information you collect.
  • Calculation of leftovers and employee requests

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years' experience working in cost control
  • Bachelor's degree. / Accounting
  • Professional Using Microsoft Office, Outlook
  • Previous experience in the food production industry is preferred
