Job Description

  • Receives the financial pledge to run the administration's business and settle it with the financial administration and the provisions of not losing the deficit and not disrupting the production wheel.
  • Coordinating reliable data (disbursement authorizations - addition - transfers - purchase orders) and auditing them according to the data procedures established on the program for the purpose of entering them from the quality of entry and delivers. 
  • Delivers the work of documents and daily credits for periodic reports and recording the target and the incoming for the purpose of meeting the needs of the various files, and receives all messages, emails and calls for the purpose of presenting them to the manager at times to determine the files and documents except for the special ones related to the work of the administration in addition to monitoring and indexing the internal reports determined by the departments and other sections for the purpose of displaying them and following up on the administration decides and is able to access them.
  • Controlling the missions and vacations of the administration and following up when needed to provide and exploit the least for human resources.
  • Performs the general office task of copying, photocopying, faxing and mailing. Try to discover the files for the purpose of preparing a paper and electronic archiving system and maintaining the general appearance of the high administrative office.

Job Requirements

  • Proven work experience as an Administrative Coordinator, Administrator or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with MS Office Suite (particularly MS Word and MS Excel)
  • Familiarity with office equipment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
