- Responsible for maintaining all export, imports and shipping documentation and monitoring that accurate information is recorded.
- Dispatching orders and coordinates delivery.
- Prepare and handle all export shipping documentation related to daily shipment (shipping declarations, final shipping declarations, etc.)
- Following up with shipping lines & freight forwarders for documents issuance.
- Follow up shipments & daily orders.
- Monitor and coordinate with suppliers, shipping lines and global offices on shipments.
- Handles delayed delivery.
- Handling customers if needed
- Record, manage & file shipments.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in logistics, or supply chain management.
- Excellent command of English.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Strong follow-up to resolving issues and reaching conclusions.
- Knowledge of the principles and methods of logistics and supply chains.
- Attention to Detail and ability to manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines.
