Job Description
- Participate in developing the company strategy and annual plans and cascade it to the financial strategy and long-term plans.
- Prepare the company plan and budget in alignment with company policies and monitor its implementation across all sectors and take the required corrective actions in case of deviation
- Design and improve the finance, accounting, and cost accounting related policies & processes including purchasing, inventory management, assets management, budgeting, treasury, cash management, and all related policies and work cycles and monitor its implementation across all departments.
- Monitor finance, accounting and budgeting processes and study external audit & compliance reports and use them to direct finance activities across the company to take all necessary actions for correction and continuous improvement.
- Manage the relationship with banks to ensure the proper usage of cash, foreign currency, and negotiating interest rates as per the company policies and procedures
- Develop the credit policy and manage its implementation in coordination with supply chain and commercial sectors to ensure having positive cash position and working capital.
- Prepare detailed studies related to any capacity expansion, outsourcing, or investment plans and prepare feasibility studies for new ventures, new projects, or any kind of partnership or integration.
- Develop the required systems to ensure maintaining all accounting records in accordance with Egyptian Accounting Standards (EAS), company accounting policies, chart of accounts, and any other relevant accounting principles and practices.
- Develop and implement fixed assets management system and ensure maintaining records and related depreciation accounts, from a financial viewpoint (in cooperation with asset management director).
- Develop and manage corporate insurance, costing and pricing policies including assets, buildings, property, equipment, document archives, cash delivery ...etc, in cooperation with product and program development and other relevant departments.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
- Minimum 12 years of working experience of which at least 3 years in a similar senior position
- A Postgraduate degree is considered a plus
- Relevant Technical and professional qualifications are required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) · Proficient English language ability
