- Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling proposals that address client needs and showcase the value proposition of MADA UV solutions.
- Sales Meetings: Conduct face-to-face and virtual meetings with clients, showcasing product demonstrations and addressing any concerns.
- Sales Targets: Work towards achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Feedback Loop: Provide valuable insights and feedback to the product development team based on customer interactions.
- Sales Reporting: Generate regular sales reports and analyses to track performance against targets.
- Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product enhancements and industry developments.
- Market Feedback: Act as the voice of the customer, providing valuable feedback to enhance product features and service offerings.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in a technology or disinfection-related industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn about complex products and technologies.
- Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite & Linkedin etc.
