  • Conduct Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify potential sales opportunities.
  • Lead Generation: Proactively seek and generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and industry events.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their unique requirements and proposing tailored solutions.
  • Product Presentation: Effectively communicate the features and benefits of MADA UV products, demonstrating a deep understanding of UV technology and its applications.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling proposals that address client needs and showcase the value proposition of MADA UV solutions.
  • Sales Meetings: Conduct face-to-face and virtual meetings with clients, showcasing product demonstrations and addressing any concerns.
  • Sales Targets: Work towards achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Feedback Loop: Provide valuable insights and feedback to the product development team based on customer interactions.
  • Sales Reporting: Generate regular sales reports and analyses to track performance against targets.
  • Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product enhancements and industry developments.
  • Market Feedback: Act as the voice of the customer, providing valuable feedback to enhance product features and service offerings.

     



 

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in a technology or disinfection-related industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn about complex products and technologies.
  • Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite & Linkedin etc.
