Job Description
An Executive Technical Office manages technical activities related to engineering projects. They oversee
the work of technical teams, coordinate with other departments, and ensure that projects are completed on
time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
1- Researching, selecting, contracting, and evaluating subcontractors and suppliers.

5- Review and Develop project documentation, including technical specifications, drawings, and reports.
Manage project resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment, to ensure projects are adequately staffed and resourced.
6- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project reports.
7- Resolve project issues and conflicts, including negotiating with stakeholders and implementing corrective actions.
8- Ensure the project complies with all applicable regulations and standards.
Cost analysis, Integral to any buyer-seller relationship. Cost control activities as responsible plans and cost of subcontractors, analyzing and estimating project costs, producing reports on deviations from plans, and proposing corrective measures to prevent future repetitions.
9- Preparing and reviewing periodic and final invoices for subcontractors and suppliers from actual inventory. A thorough study of all project documents (contract - bill of quantities - drawings - specifications).
10- Make the required matches between drawings for different disciplines.
Reviewing and matching all the project's executive drawings and determining the building requirements and materials needed to complete the project.

Job Requirements
1- a minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in the field
2- 5 years of experience in construction site management.
3- a bachelor's degree in architecture or civil Engineering, and proficiency in
certain software programs such as Primavera, AutoCAD, MS Project, Microsoft
