Job Summary:
We are seeking a visionary and dynamic Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our growing Food and Beverage (F&B) chain. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the F&B industry, demonstrating strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive sustainable growth. This role involves overseeing all aspects of our business operations, setting strategic goals, and ensuring we maintain our reputation for quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for the chain's growth and expansion, including market analysis, business development, and brand positioning.
- Operations Improvement: Collaborate with the Operations team to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. Focus on optimizing processes, reducing costs, and improving overall service quality without directly overseeing day-to-day operations.
- Financial Oversight: Lead budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation. Monitor financial performance and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the financial health and growth of the organisation.
- Team Leadership and Development: Build, motivate, and mentor a high-performing management team. Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Relations: Represent the company to customers, investors, partners, and the public. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Innovation and Quality Assurance: Encourage innovation in menu design, service delivery, and customer experience. Uphold high standards of quality and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Brand and Marketing Strategy: Guide the marketing and branding strategy to enhance the chain's visibility and reputation. Oversee promotional activities and public relations efforts.
- Merger Management: Oversee and manage the strategic process of a possible merger with another F&B company, including integration planning. Ensure that the merger aligns with the company's strategic goals and enhances its market position.
- Setting KPIs: Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for all departments, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives and operational efficiency. Regularly review and adjust KPIs to reflect changing business needs and market conditions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in a leadership role in the F&B industry, with a successful track record in managing a multi-unit operation.
- Strong financial and business acumen, with experience in strategic planning and business development.
