Job Description
- Respond to general inquiries, services Quotations ,restrictions and regulations .
- Assure smooth communications with all parties including owners, receivers, master, protective agents, authorities, customs.
- Ensure excellent communication with all internal and external parties.
- Follow up on vendors whenever external quotations are required and recommend profitable.
- Maintain good relationship with principals, authorities, and suppliers.
- Cooperate with boarding team to ensure that provided services are rendered up to principals satisfaction.
- Assure that ground operations are done efficiently in accordance to business plan and objectives for operations team.
- Following up on shipments with customs clearance and Inland contractors.
- Communicating with governmental authorities that are relevant to the company's operations.
- Dealing with daily office tasks such as communication, email correspondence, and interacting with clients.
- Flexible hours either during day or night, depending on the vessels work requirements.
- Advice on and complete all the documentations required by the Suez Canal Authority.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Preferably in Logistics)
- 1-5 Years of Experience in marine operations .
- Excellent interpersonal Skills.
- Work under Pressure.
- Accuracy.
- Problem Solving.
- Proficiency in MS Office 365 (word, Excel, Outlook & Power point).
- Market Knowledge.
- Shipping agency Business Know how.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
