- We are looking for an exceptional Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) to join our fast-growing team. You will be responsible for conducting assessments, designing, supervising, and implementing ABA treatment programmes for children, adolescents and adults with Autism and related developmental disabilities, and overseeing the implementation of behaviour analysis programs by others. You should have experience in a supervisory role and be a great communicator – with an energetic, creative attitude and the ability to work well as a part of a multidisciplinary team. The candidate will also be responsible for providing guidance not only to clients with Autism and related developmental disabilities, but also to their families, and how to navigate home, community, school, and/or work settings. Applicants that are nearing qualification (BCBA), or have recently qualified, will be considered for this post.
Job Requirements
- Essential experience for this role includes:
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field, therapy, or counselling
- BCBA/ BCaBA credentials
- Extensive experience in treating children with Autism and applying ABA techniques
- Outstanding knowledge of ABA strategies
- Thorough understanding of Autism-related conditions
- Ability to write and deliver treatment plans, behavior intervention plans, and programme books
- Ability to build rapport with clients and their families
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Experience in management and/or a supervisory role
- Ability to provide supervision to colleagues pursuing RBT or BCBA credentials
- Ability to deliver assessment tools such as VB-MAPP, ABLLS, FBA
- Ability to be a self-motivated leader and operate independently with minimum supervision
