First Capital Investment is seeking to hire a dynamic Moderator & Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for managing user-generated content on our social media channels. Your primary goal will be to ensure that interactions within our community remain constructive, and aligned with our brand values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and moderate user-generated content, including comments, posts, and messages, to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
• Foster positive interactions by responding to comments and messages, and engaging with the community to encourage healthy discussions.
• Managing Social Media Platforms and handling any task assigned by the Marketing Manager.
• Make Social Media Insights Analysis
• Make content Creation when required
• Address any conflicts or inappropriate behavior promptly and professionally, escalating issues to management as necessary.
• Work closely with the marketing teams to align community management efforts with the overall brand initiatives.
• Assist in managing potential crises or negative situations by promptly addressing issues and communicating effectively with stakeholders.
• Issuing electronic invoices to clients.
