Job Description

  • Collect and submit cheques to and from banks.
  • Handle and deliver important documents for government offices.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks related to banking and government paperwork.
  • Assist in managing other administrative and documentation tasks as needed.
  • Undertake any errands related to legal affairs that involve fulfilling business interests (e.g., renewing commercial records, tax cards, accomplishing government-related tasks, etc.).
  • Write a daily report to state the work completed and any postponed tasks with an explanation for the delay.
  • Communicate effectively with bank staff, government officials, and other stakeholders

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in handling bank documents and government paperwork.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Knowledge of government regulations and banking procedures is a plus.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines.
