Job Description
- Perform on-site analysis, diagnosis and resolution of complex desktop problems for end users, prepare and maintain daily trouble and status reports recommend and implement corrective solutions, responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
- Collaborate with IT team members to ensure efficient operation of the organization's Workstation/Network environment.
- Receive and respond to incoming calls, e-mails, and/or in person regarding IT Incidents.
- Update and maintain IT Department equipment’s inventory.
- Maintain and resolve issues on LAN/WAN, VoIP telephones and PDA devices.
- Data center room environment optimization and daily maintenance.
- Support new branch or distribution center IT equipment establishment.
- Handle hardware receiving/disposal and software license tracking.
- Plan and manage small to medium size projects.
- Train end users when new software or IT equipment arrive at sites.
- Repair and maintenance of computers, laptops, printers and PDA devices.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology.
- 2-3 years of experience working in a professional platform.
- Knowledge of past Help Desk/ Support Ticketing systems is a plus.
- Good knowledge of networking and connectivity – DHCP, DNS, Cabling, etc.
- Exceptional customer service orientation.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows and IOS Operating Systems.
- Able to work in a team as well as independently.
- Able to repair and maintenance of computers, laptops, printers and PDA devices.
