Purpose:
- The customer experience specialist is responsible for all communications channels of KoKens working as the front line of communication with customers through different channels. The core purpose is to make sure that the customer experience is the best.
Responsibilities:
- Reply to all customer concerns/issues through email/phone.
- Make sure that all KoKens policies are applied.
- Providing the best quality replies and handling complaints.
- Support the operations to make sure that workflow is smooth.
- Provide all necessary care for customers.
- Survey customers via phone to make sure the experience is very good.
- Background in the Food industry is a plus
Job Requirements

- Excellent communication skills.
- 1 year or above - experience in customer service
- Teamwork
- Typing speed
- Bachelor degree
- Ability to handle pressure
- You have an excellent command of English language
