Job Description
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business needs, objectives, and requirements.
- Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies or areas for improvement.
- Gather and document functional and non-functional requirements from stakeholders.
- Develop and implement data-driven solutions to solve business challenges.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for development teams.
- Create and maintain documentation for processes, systems, and user guides.
- Perform data analysis, generating reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
- Act as a liaison between business teams and IT teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of projects.
- Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes.
- Monitor project performance and suggest adjustments to ensure optimal outcomes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in a corporate environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with business process modeling and re-engineering.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau).
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with software development life cycles is a plus.
- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is a plus.
- Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
- Experience in data visualization and reporting.
- Knowledge of automation tools or techniques.
