We are seeking a dynamic Corporate Partnerships and Embassy Relations Manager to help expand our network and develop exclusive offers for embassies and their employees.
Job Summary:
The Corporate Partnerships and Embassy Relations Manager will be responsible for identifying and establishing strategic relationships with embassies, corporate partners, and international organizations to offer exclusive dental care packages and employee discounts. You will engage directly with decision-makers at embassies and corporate offices, leveraging your sales skills to build sustainable partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to approach embassies, corporate organizations, and expat communities in Egypt.
- Build relationships with embassy representatives and HR departments to offer tailored dental insurance packages and discounts for employees and their families.
- Arrange and attend meetings with embassies to present AL Fawzy Dental Clinic's services and partnership opportunities.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns targeting embassy employees.
- Negotiate agreements and exclusive offers with corporate and embassy clients to increase patient referrals.
- Track and report on partnership performance, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long-term engagement.
- Manage and strengthen existing partnerships, while continually seeking new opportunities for business growth.
- Work closely with the dental tourism team to create customized service packages for international patients.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Proven experience in corporate sales, business development, or partnership management, preferably in healthcare, hospitality, or related fields.
- Strong networking skills with the ability to build relationships with high-level stakeholders, such as embassy representatives and corporate leaders.
- Sales-driven mindset, with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with the expat and international community in Cairo is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
- Bilingual skills (English and Arabic) are required; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
- Experience in outdoor sales is a bonus, as the role may involve visiting embassies and corporate offices.
