Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Label Social Media comments using agreed tags for received links from client
  • Label relevant Sentiments (Positive, Negative and Neutral).
  • Provide analytics and presentations with the output obtained from labels in line with agreed timelines.
  • Receive the updates from the client.
  • Observing the engagement and building a report shows behaviors.
  • Reporting the analysis on-time.
  • Creatively engage with some special fans or customers.
  • Observe agents responses and enhance the responses to be creative and special.
  • Creates plans for assessment and responsiveness development

Skills & Qualifications

  • Interpersonal Skills: Ownership - Functional Skills - Ideas presentation and Taking initiative - Continuous Learning - Customer Centricity.
  • Technical Skills: Computer – Analytics – Data visualization – Social Media awareness – Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Experience: 2 up to 4 Years
  • Educational background: Bachelor Degree (Preferably in Mass Communication) or any related discipline.
  • Proficiency in both English & Arabic languages.
  • English level: C1  (Fluent).
  • Max Age: 35
  • Males must have a clear military status
