Supply Chain Planning Section Head

▪ Supervises the day-to-day operations of Planning to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes and procedures

▪ Ensure that the MRP Cycle is efficiently running by validating all production requirements.

▪ Identify improvement areas in the Supply Chain Planning cycle to make decisions that are aligned with the strategic objectives of Nahdet Misr. 

 ▪ Initiate and enhance the supply chain planning “process and procedures” by researching for and applying the supply chain planning best practices that are aligned with the current situation.

 ▪ Collaborate with the Commercial Managers on the Sales and Operations needs in order to ensure the efficient running of the Sales and Operation Plan (S&OP).

 ▪ Review and release all raw and packaging material Purchase Requisitions

 ▪ Analyse stock performance (Days on hand, Material Availability, slow-moving items, etc.)  in order to ensure the optimum running of stocks and set its measures. 

▪ Manage all call-off orders and deliveries from vendors, validate the reports, and ensure that all contracts & agreement  terms are applied

▪ Supervise the implementation of projects to ensure that the project cycle is completed, meeting agreed project parameters (cost budget, timelines, scope, and quality), standards, and objectives (tangible and intangible).
