Job Description

Role Objective:
The role is responsible for managing our social media platforms via comments, messages, and engaging with relatable content on other pages, brands, groups, and influencers. Moderators will be required to provide monthly and quarterly reports, for example, Sentiment reports.

Job Description

  • Manage and moderate the social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Instagram, Website, WhatsApp, and additional channels.
  • Creatively responding with customized messages when needed.
  • Manage and monitor consumer interactions by ensuring timely responses to all feedback, comments, messages, reviews and visitors posts.
  • Generating leads to help the sales team.
  • Produce reports on relevant moderation statistics, issues and outcomes
  • Regularly feedback insights gained from community moderation into the Social Media team
  • Assisting in generating, editing, publishing, and sharing daily content (original text, images, and videos) that builds customer engagement
  • Creating and provoking conversations to encourage the community to engage
  • Building a knowledge base for clients’ FAQ’s
  • Advise marketing department about new services that are requested / inquired about from customers through Filkhedma’s various social media channels

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing or relevant field.
  • Knowledge of online marketing channels.

Required personal qualities:

  • Very Good communication, writing and negotiation skills.
  • Good copywriting skills.

Required competences:

  • Computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) preferred.
  • Good English language.
  • Ability to deliver creative text content.
  • Able to work 5- days weekly & on a rotational basis (shifts).
  • Creating a report through the social media applications analysis and indicators.
  • Minimum Experience: From 0-2 years of experience as Social Media Moderator.
