About the Job

 

  • Plan, test, and execute marketing campaigns.
  • Seek out and develop new marketing opportunities.
  • Manage social media marketing (Facebook, Twitter, etc.).
  • Manage paid mobile search and display advertising.
  • Run campaigns utilizing growth hacking, A/B, and multivariate testing.
  • Execute ongoing coordination of external and internal teams around marketing initiatives.
  • Having creative and good presentation skills.
  • Know how to plan, create, and implement a marketing strategy.
  • Understand the key measurement tools available.
  • Developing social presence and advocating brands effectively.
  • Stay current in marketing trends and news e.g. Google updates and changes in algorithms.
  • Fully responsible for the day to day Campaign Optimization based on Analysis of Campaign Performance, including Bid/Budget Management and Landing Page Analysis.
  • Performance analysis.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement by proactively assessing the latest digital practices and methodology.
  • Plans, manages, and executes Paid Search/Pay Per Click (PPC) campaigns, including but not limited to account setup, strategy development, organization, and management.
  • Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports, and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordance to venture goals.
  • Monitor ROI and KPI.
Job Requirements

A talented digital marketer with at least 1-3 years of experience is required for immediate hiring

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or another related discipline
  • 1-3 years experience in marketing, with at least one year spent solely in the mobile app marketing space
  • Demonstrated success in marketing a mobile application
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using analytic tools like Google Analytics, Flurry or MixPanel
  • Data-driven direct ROI performance reporting/analysis -
  • Expertise in campaign optimization tactics for CPA, CPC, CPI, and revenue sharing models.
  • Technical SEO and SEM- Experience with App Store Optimization.
  • Passion for mobile and app industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge in key areas of marketing (SEO, social media, content marketing, email marketing, PPC, and SEM).
