Your Role:
- Create eye-catching motion visuals for social media ads, reels, and CGN-style content
- Add depth and realism using VFX and CGI to elevate campaigns beyond the norm
- Use AI platforms like Runway, Pika, Sora, Kaiber, LeiaPix to accelerate creativity
- Integrate 3D elements that bring content to life with cinematic quality
- Work hand-in-hand with the creative and marketing teams to align visual impact with campaign goals

Job Requirements
We're Looking For:
- A strong portfolio with high-quality, ad-focused motion + VFX work
- Proficiency in tools like After Effects, Premiere, Blender/Cinema 4D (or similar)
- Hands-on experience with CGI and realistic 3D compositions
- Familiarity with AI-powered tools for video enhancement and generation
- A solid understanding of platform specs (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat)
- Creative, fast, collaborative, and obsessed with visual excellence
