Job Description
- Lead the design and production of marketing materials including digital ads, social media graphics, presentations, brochures, packaging, and web assets.
- Develop and maintain visual brand guidelines to ensure consistent application across all media.
- Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to create visual concepts that support campaigns and launches.
- Manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously with minimal supervision.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers and freelancers.
- Present design work and communicate design decisions effectively to stakeholders.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD), Figma, or other relevant design tools.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, attention to detail, and a breadth of design skills.
- Experience in branding, digital marketing, web/mobile design, and print production.
- Ability to manage feedback, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or animation tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).
