Job Description
- Proven work experience as a Marketing strategist or Marketing manager in software house or product based
- Demonstrable experience with marketing campaigns and web technologies (e.g. online tools and social media)
- In-depth knowledge of CRM software and Content Management Systems
- Familiarity with SEO/SEM and Google Analytics
- Strong analytical skills
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive analysis, and customer needs.
- Define and target key customer segments and devise strategies to effectively reach and engage them.
- Generate high-quality leads.
- Optimize website content and user experience to improve search engine visibility (SEO) and drive organic traffic.
- Create and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, such as Google Ads, social media, and email marketing.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing collateral, including presentations, case studies, whitepapers, and product documentation.
- Monitor marketing analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in software marketing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with industry influencers, partners, and customers to drive brand advocacy and thought leadership.
- Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships and collaborations to expand market reach and drive business growth.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively and allocate resources to maximize ROI.
- Provide regular reports and updates to the senior management team on marketing activities, results, and recommendations for improvement.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role in the software industry.
- In-depth understanding of software marketing strategies, trends, and best practices.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms to measure campaign performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
