Responsibilities

• Review and understand the client's project specifications.
• Prepare project calculations, technical and commercial offer documentation for submission to the client in a timely manner.
• Able to give presentations or technical support during clarification meetings with clients.
• Follow up on submissions to learn the current project status, record reasons behind outcomes, and update the offer status.
• Coordination with Project Engineer, M&E Engineer, Commercial, Purchasing, and Logistic team during offer preparation.
• Preparing Project handover with clear scope, technical and commercial aspects, from Proposal to Project Engineering.
• Respond to questions and clarifications arising from proposals/offers submitted as customer requirements.
• Extend support to regional sales in order to secure projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering / Power from a reputable university.
• Having min. 2 years experience in Low Voltage Switchgear Proposal.
• Having technical knowledge of Low Voltage Switchgear and Energy system. Appreciate it if Familiar with Siemens Products
• Fluent in English both oral and written.
• Effective communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills, highly motivated, fast learner, and resilience.
• MS Office.
